周小英

周小英,男,汉族,湖南永州人,1988年出生,凝聚态物理学博士,副教授、硕士生导师。2011年毕业于湖南师范大学物理系,获学士学位,2014毕业于湖南师范大学物理与信息科学学院凝聚态物理学专业获硕士学位(导师周光辉教授),2017年毕业中国科学院半导体研究所凝聚态物理学专业,获博士学位(导师常凯院士),同年加入湖南师范大学最靠谱网投平台,2018年以湖南师范大学为依托单位入选博士后创新人才支持计划,2020年底博士后出站,2022年底加入最靠谱网投平台。

主讲课程:《固体物理学》、《大学物理》、《介观纳米体系物理》等课程.

科学研究:主要从事低维介观纳米体系量子结构物理研究,目前研究兴趣集中在新型低维半导体光电器件。主持国家自然科学基金1项,省部级科学基金3项,以第一(通讯)作者或合作者身份在 Nature Nanotechnology, Physical Review B, Physical Review Applied, Science-China Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy, Nano Letters, 2D Materials, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Physics-Condensed Matter 等本领域主流期刊上发表论文二十余篇,共被引860余次(数据源自Web of Science),单篇最高被引130余次。现为国际知名期刊 Physical Review B,Nanoscale,The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters,Nanotechnology 审稿人。曾获中国科学院半导体研究所所长奖学金,量子信息与量子科技前沿协同创新中心“研究部一等奖”。(联系方式E-mail: xyzhou@hnust.edu.cn, 欢迎感兴趣的同学报考研究生或本科生加入课题组进行科研训练)
